Introductions

Since we are working on introductions this week, I'd like to introduce my family. The son I never had, this is my boy Tonka. He's a 5 year old English Bulldog and makes me laugh every day. He's always there for me no matter what goes on, always there to greet me after a long day, always there to comfort me if I need a little extra attention and love. For those of you who have pets, you know they are more than just pets, they are part of our families...
He's usually got a big quirky smile and always willing to lend a paw and help, more like be right in the middle of the action!
Or you can find him napping and dreaming of the long Dog Days of Summer....
He has a pretty extensive wardrobe and lots of costumes to choose from. He's always fashion forward and ready for a spur of the moment fashion shoot, just for the sake of a good chuckle. He's my muse. And he's always a ham for the camera! We have alot of fun around here, as you will see.I'm sure you will be getting many more glimpses, of the bits and pieces, and my life with my bulldog Tonka. Most of all,I adore him! And he adores me,and he appreciates me for who I am,and he loves my creative spirit too! Who could ask for more than that? ~Have a Beautiful Day!

  1. Welcome to the world of blogging!! I LOVE dogs and so does my hubby, so much so that a few years ago one of our sons said we treat the dogs better than we treated them. Hmmmm! Good point, maybe it's because our pets love us unconditionally and don't talk back to us! Love Tonka in his hat, just so cute!

  2. Visiting your blog today to get to know you better. (I don't have a blog - maybe some day.) We have so much in common, I feel that we could be best friends - I love that! My heart melts over your Tonka boy. I too once had a bully - my Scarlett lived to age 11. English Bulldogs are such a sweet, loving and easy-going breed. We didn't mind the snoring and the occasional... gas. LOL Give Tonks a hug for me:)
