Just Moving Forward

Good Morning Lovelies!
I'm back!
Excuse my brief absence, life is moving at a rather fast pace these last few weeks.
 Lots going on.

We put my Dad's house on the market this past week, which is also where I live, so it's been a flurry of meetings, and deep cleaning's, which is my least favorite thing to do, and having to schedule showings, and be out of the house with the dog, during these visits.

It's a bit unsettling, the unknown.

Though, I have faith that everything will work out as planned.
Holy smokes, just the thought of moving, makes me excited, and exhausted at the same time.
New possibilities, and decorating have been on the forefront of my mind.

And that's pretty exciting to me, I LOVE decorating, so keeping positive.
A little cottage home like this one would be perfect!
LOL!

Getting in some art time has been slightly challenging, but I just keep moving forward.
Finished up a few Halloween pieces and have listed them in the shop, have more in the works too.

Raven Boy, I love his weathered look.
And a little wizard fairy witch...
And Halloween Alice...

A Halloween Domino Book...

These books are fun, and so small, and so easy to store away for each season.

And some Ornaments are starting to get mixed in too...

I  just love these Charlotte's, one of my favorite things to play with!

We have also been able to enjoy a few wonderful visit's these past weeks, with our Granddaughter, Kaia Mae.
She is adorable!!!

She is 3 months already, and is really is starting to coo and giggle.
So precious.
Grandma is always taking her picture, and can't get enough. Poor dear, she has a camera in her face at all times. lol!
I can't help it. :)

 Can you blame me?
Oh goodness, what a face!!! Love her.

Hoping to get caught up on some current projects in the Studio this week, and will have more to share soon.
Til next time,
Take Good Care...
~Susan

  1. I was going to tell you how wonderful your artwork is and how I can't believe you can find time to get anything done with packing, cleaning, showing, preparing to move.
Then I saw that beautiful bundle of joy! THAT would be all I could focus on. She would keep me so occupied (and loving the time we shared) I would never get anything else done.

  2. What a perfect cupcake of a granddaughter! You are blessed. Love the Halloween decorations. Selling a house/moving is so exhausting, but underneath is the little thrill of a new beginning. Last move, I spent hours riding around with 3 dogs in my car. I feel your pain. Take care of yourself!

    1. Thank You Mary! I do feel blessed, and tired and.... ha! Ha! I will make it through all of it, and come out on the other side smiling. I am excited about something new. Wow that must have been entertaining to drive around with all 3 of your babies with you. Then again, what better company if you ask me :) Thanks so much for stopping by.
