Hello Lovelies!
Welcoming a New Year with new possibilities...
New Goals and Dreams...
This year I chose the word Courage.
I feel this word will take me to new heights, and help me to achieve the goals I would like to see for myself in 2013.
What better way to ring in the New Year than a Blog Hop?
YES!!!
Well....The past few days I have been working on some new projects just for this Hop.
I took some great photos, fun and uplifting art pieces of my recent works, and a Beautiful Giveaway of newly created goodies to boot.
BUT......
Unfortunately, Blogger has other plans for me I guess.
Blogger seems to be having some major issues and I cannot upload any new photos for this Blog Hop. OmGosh how frustrating!!!
I have been trying to get around the problem for hours!!! But instead of giving up, I am using COURAGE and just posting anyway. :)
Seems, it will allow me to upload pics from past posts, so forgive me. I will just have to make do this time around.
And my Giveaway will be waiting until I can figure this mess out. So.. look forward to that soon... It's a real stunner. I'm so bummed that I cannot give it away this time.
I realize that I am a bit of a perfectionist I guess, I get a vision of a plan in my mind, and to not be able to bring it to fruition, is such a let down, maddening in a way. Oh well, what can you do. I just have to hold up my hands and let it be.

DeleteCourage is what takes us out of our comfort zone, which we all need to do from time to time. GREAT WORD!
ReplyDeleteGreat words Teresa! It's safe in the comfort zone, but taking a chance, and finding the reward for doing so, it worth the risk. At least that's what I am finding so far. Happy 2013 sweetie! Xo
DeleteI love witnessing your go for it courage. I think courage and perfectionism can be good lesson mates. When we get stuck in perfectionism, it often takes courage to move forward even at the risk of mistakes and the possibility of flaws. Have a beautiful year, my friend and Fly Sis, may you embrace the courage within and find the world gently encouraging you along the way!
ReplyDeleteAwww you always have the best words Rachel! I so admire your wisdom and encouragement, you are such a wonderful friend:) Thank You so much!
